Corporate TV

I had a FinTech customer years ago, running video constantly. Webinars, screen recordings, all of it, all day. I asked them a simple question: have you thought about Corporate TV?

We had a way to upload video and schedule it, or loop it, running in the background at every location. No one babysitting a laptop. No one manually queuing anything up.

They loved it. Rolled it out across every location.

Then they took it further than I expected. They built an online channel for their own customers. What was hot in the market, what was moving, real commentary, not marketing copy dressed up as content. Something people actually wanted to watch.

The result showed up in two places at once: more trades off their own recommendations, and new customers walking in the door because of a channel they'd started almost as an afterthought.

That's the part people miss about video and unified comms. It's not just a meeting tool. Done right, it's a business channel, and most companies are sitting on the infrastructure to build one and don't know it yet.
