As Head of Unified Communications at IBM, I lead global initiatives that shape how more than 300,000 employees work together every day. My focus is on unifying collaboration tools, strengthening digital ecosystems, and driving adoption of AI-powered, secure, and scalable communication platforms that make work simpler, smarter, and more human. From migrating enterprise environments to Microsoft Teams and Slack, to integrating Watson AI and blockchain for intelligent automation, I excel at leading modernization efforts that transform complex challenges into transformative results.

My journey began at the crossroads of media, technology, and innovation, helping Fortune 500 companies and startups alike redefine what’s possible through streaming, broadcasting, and digital communication. During my time with IBM Watson Media (formerly Ustream), I led global sales engineering and partnership teams through a high-growth transformation, introduced AI-driven video solutions, and cultivated strategic alliances with prominent brands such as Samsung, AT&T, and Sony. Each role strengthened my conviction that technology, when applied thoughtfully, can create real and measurable business impact.

I’m at my best when building high-performing, inclusive teams that take pride in solving challenging problems together. After getting DVEO to an Industry Leader in Encoders and streaming solutions, Ustream recruited me to help stabilize and lead the technical sales team (Sales engineers)… (help company get ready for acquisition)  I’ve have always worn many hats.  So, I helped run Sales Operations, Interim Director of Sales, Producer and Evangelism.

In 2016 IBM acquired Ustream which becomes IBM Cloud Video and then Watson Media.  As the Manager of Sales Engineering my team expanded from 2 to 15 globally.  Besides leading the global sales engineering team I was responsible for training and enablement of all IBMers on Cloud Video.
