Looking

IBM recently laid off 8000 people in the US. My team was it so I get to have the fun of applying and looking for a new Job in Unified communications. Ive been blasting out resumes in Linkedin and Indeed. Im trying some of the new Ai job things like apps like ApplyMe, Sonara, and JobLand. Im hoping they help but i keep getting stuck in the ATS systems. I personally hate these systems. I'

m hoping Ai can bridge the gap at looking and job descriptions and resumes and read between the lines and figure out if I didnt use the same words but did the work.
